You may not see much of a change for the first few days. The solution must penetrate the outer layers of skin before it can start to work on the pigmentation by attacking the damaged cells on the surface of the skin where the root of the problem exists, and so until this happens there may be no outward signs of change. This may take up to 3 days.
No. The solution is applied for up to 14 days on the surface of the skin. The redness and tenderness where the solution has been applied will fade. We recommend you do a test patch on a small area of skin before applying to the face.
Each kit contains more than enough solution to treat the average person as only a tiny amount is required for each affected area. So only one kit is all that should be needed.
No. There will be slight tingling and tenderness but that should be it. If the area does become very tender or inflamed then it is time to stop. The solution will have done its job. You should now let the area recover. Always remember to use sun block after using Ag3derm not only to protect the new skin but to prevent more age spots, keratosis & sun damage from developing.
Most other products that are on the market either cover up or fade the blemishes. These products do not totally remove the blemishes. Ag3derm is a topical solution that is both very powerful and yet gentle at the same time. It allows you to monitor the progress of your treatment and stop when you feel necessary.
Always use Ag3derm on clean dry skin, never apply on top of make up. It is best not to use any make up on the area after treatment, however if you need to you should use as little as possible, taking care to remove it gently before the next treatment of Ag3derm.

Yes. If the product does not work we will give you a refund of the full purchase price. Please e-mail us with your full order details within 30 days of receiving your product for details of our return procedure.
Anyone over 21 years of age
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. At the same time your order will be sent to our shipping dept who then pack your order in plain packaging, and placed in the international postal system. If your order is express air mail it will be picked up on a daily basis, except for weekends and National Holidays.
International deliveries normally take 14 working days but in some cases up to 21 days. You will be provided with a Tracking Reference for your order. If you have not received your order after 21 days, we will reship at our cost.

We ship worldwide by airmail and delivery should generally be within 14 days. However we anticipate that delivery in some countries may take longer and you should allow 21 days. Any orders undelivered after 21 days will be replaced by us.
