Just like hydrogen peroxide, you are required to apply glycolic acid using a soft piece of cloth. Avoid touching sensitive parts like eyes among others. It has been recommended that a 12% concentration of glycolic acid is sufficient when applying on the affected area. After the application, cover the area with the duct tape to ensure that the acid is absorbed in the skin. Do this repeatedly for a couple of days and you will realize changes.
